Houzer LHD-3322-1 Legend 33-by-22-Inch 80/20 Drop-in Double Bowl Stainless Steel Sink

I had to send the first sink back because it was dented, and the plastic portion of the drain was cracked (apparently no QC). I was unable to get the drain fixture to seal, on the second sink. I purchased a real drain fixture with metal threads and it sealed with no problems. My first instinct was to rip out the second sink and return it for a different sink. Sadly, I was too far along on the installation. So I am stuck with a sink that I have no confidence in, and look forward getting rid of it some date in the future. The next one will never be a Houzer product. Twice burned, once learned.

I just took the sink out of the box and it looks great. High quality, heavy and I cannot wait to get it into my new kitchen! Plus, shipping was very fast (although it looks like they are waiting to get this product back in stock at the moment).

I love my new sink. It is a great configuration for ease of use and is easy to keep clean even with my high mineral content water. I was surprised when the double sink arrived with only one drain/strainer assembly. In my opinion this is a bad on Amazons part for not putting this info in their product description. I called Amazon thinking the part was missing and spoke with a customer service rep in India. My choices were to send the whole sink back or call the manufacturer myself and resolve the issue. I didn't think this was good customer service after having experienced great customer service from another online retailer when recently purchasing toilets. I called the manufacturer and found that they no longer ship double sinks with two drain/strainer units because "most" people put a garbage disposal in the smaller sink.
